The hotel I stayed at had some ups and downs. The rooms weren't cheap to begin with, but they were clean and tidy. However, there were some issues like hair in the bathroom and on the drinking cups, and it seemed they may have forgotten to vacuum under and around the bed. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to solve problems quickly, though some could benefit from more customer service training. The location was pretty terrific, close to many shops and the local market. The dining experience was indifferent and pricey, and the facilities were advertised but could use some improvements.
